My wife and I stayed at Charred Oaks for the 150th Kentucky Derby. This is an amazing bed and breakfast. The property is very well maintained. This historical home is beautiful, charming, and warm. The rooms are spotless. Pamela and Richard are amazing hosts who take such good care of the home and the guests. We felt very special. They answered all our questions and provided great advice. Each day the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend getting the grits whenever they are offered. The afternoon picnic baskets were great. We are going back for sure.
